Services

The App provides media transcription and captioning services. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services with or without notice.

User Content

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Company offers a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the App for any reason, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support.

International Use

The App may be accessed from all countries around the world where the local technology permits. As each country has laws that may differ, by accessing the App, you agree that the applicable laws will apply to all matters relating to the use of the App.
